What the community is

A group of people who understand our model and want to hear about projects when they are genuinely ready. When a project reaches that point, we bring the opportunity to a small number of members, as chapter 11 explained. You receive the full information pack: the feasibility, the structure documents, the timeline and the numbers for both pathways, the cash return and the home at cost price. Then you take your time, ask your sharp questions, and get your own independent financial and legal advice before deciding anything.

What it is not

It is not a commitment, a queue-jumping fee or a newsletter that never stops. Joining obliges you to nothing, costs nothing, and if a project comes up that does not suit you, you simply pass and stay in the community. Because we work with only a small number of investors on each project, members hear first, and places fill quickly.

What happens after you join

  1. You will get a short note from Michael confirming you are in the community, and a couple of questions about which pathway interests you and your indicative capacity, so we only bring you relevant opportunities.
  2. While you wait, the interview videos from each chapter will land on the FracHaus Facebook page, so you can get to know Peter and Michael properly before any money is ever discussed.
  3. When a project is ready, community members receive the personal offer and the full pack.
  4. You do your due diligence, take advice, and decide. Yes, no, or next time. All three answers are fine.

How much do I need? It depends on the pathway and the project, and each personal offer states its own minimum. Tell us your indicative capacity when you join and we will only bring you opportunities that fit it.

Do I have to choose a pathway now? No. Each project offer sets out both, with numbers, and you choose per project.

Is my money in a fund? No. Chapter 11 in one line: one project, one company, and you hold shares in that specific project’s SPV.

Can I visit a site? Community members considering a live offer are welcome to walk the site with Peter. Bring boots and questions.

What if I join and never invest? Then you got a free education and some honest videos about property development. We can live with that.
